As initially announced in April 2018, Rockwell Automation rendered i-Sense modem communications obsolete on July 31st, 2019.

Due to the changes, all series A i-Senses (models V1120A00, V1120A50, V3120A00, V3480A00, and V3120A50) are no longer functional. To continue service you will need to replace your series A i-Sense with a current model For details, please contact your local distributor.
