In View My Power Data you will be able to review events of all kinds. You will first select either a monitor or a monitor group. Note that choosing a monitor group will allow you to view data from multiple monitors. Also, only data from monitors that are under service contract will be viewable.
Then you will be able to filter which events you wish to view. The following filters are available:

• Event:There are 2 choices here. First, you can select one or more event types (like Sags, Interruptions, and Periodic RMSs). Alternatively you can select a maximum RMS value. This will show only those power quality events whose RMS is below the selected RMS value.
• Duration:There are 2 choices here. First, you can select events of any duration. This will include any of the non-power quality events selected in the Event filter. Alternatively, you can select power quality event of a specific duration. You can select events that are either less than or greater than a given number of milliseconds, seconds, or minutes.
• Date:There are 2 choices here. First, you can select a range that ends at the current day and starts a given number of minutes, hours, days, weeks, or months ago. Alternatively you can select a date range by choosing the specific start and end days.

There are also the following display options:

• Show test events When selected, this setting will display any events that pass the filters and that have been marked as test events. Test events are ones that have causes that are not due to power quality, like scheduled downtime. You can mark an event as a test event by viewing the detail for the event, checking the Mark this event as a "test event" checkbox, and clicking the Save button.
• Sort by You can choose the sort order for the displayed events. The choices are:
  • Event time - newest to oldest
  • Event time - oldest to newest
  • Duration - shortest to longest
  • Duration - longest to shortest
• Events per page This will specify the number of events on a single page. The maximum is 250. If your filters find more than that, you will have links to go to other pages.

Other controls:

• Save these settings as default Selecting this checkbox before you click the Search button will save all the criteria on the page so it will be used in the future. No monitor or user data is saved. Note that this only applies to the current browser and will be lost if you clean your browser cookies.
• View You can view the events that pass the filter 2 ways:
  • Event Log will show a list of all events that pass the filter.
  • Magnitude/Duration will show a single chart plotting the Magnitude against the Duration for only power quality events that pass the filter.

• Impact checkboxes When the events are displayed as an event log list, checkboxes will appear in the Impact column for power quality events. You can enter the same impact data for multiple power quality events by selecting multiple checkboxes and clicking the Enter Event Impact button. Event impact data can be shown in reports. Note that if an event has impact data, a small icon will appear between the ID and the Local Time in the Event log.
• Event ID links Clicking an ID for a specific event will open the Event Detail page. Here you will be able to view event metadata along with a waveform (except for Periodic RMS events) and an RMS graph. For power quality events, you will also be able to enter event impact data. Event impact data can be shown in reports. Note that if an event has impact data, a small icon will appear between the ID and the Local Time in the Event log.

In Reporting you will be able to report on monitors and their events. You will first select among any of your monitors and monitor groups. Note that only data from monitors that are under service contract will be included in reports.
Then you will be able to select options for your reports. Here are the available report options:

• Reporting Period: Data in the report will range from the beginning of the entered start day to the end of the entered end day.
• Time Zone: This specifies the time zone for all timestamps in the report. Since different monitors can be located in different time zones, this is a means to normalize the data.
• Report Type: The choices here are Summary or Detail. Summary reports show summary graphs and charts for the events including by RMS voltage, duration, by month (depending on length of reporting period), Mag/Dur, and chronology. It also shows charts (depending on length of reporting period) summarizing events by hour of the day, day of the week, and month of the year. Finally it shows an explanatory appendix.
  The Detail reports show everything the Summary reports do plus RMS voltages over the entire reporting period, details for specified events, and event logs.
• Report Curve: The choices here are None, ITI/CBEMA, F47, and Both. If one or both report curves are selected, it will be displayed on the Mag/Dur chart.
• View Durations as: The choices here are Seconds or Cycles. This defines the units for durations displayed in the report.
• Include Event Impact Comments? This checkbox is only available for Detailed charts. If selected, when event detail is displayed, any impact comments for the event will also be displayed.
• Include Transient Events? Selecting this checkbox will add transient events to the report. Note that the large majority of i-Sense owners are not interested in transient events — events less than ½ cycle.
• Aggregate Events? Selecting this checkbox will treat events that can be aggregated as a single event. On the Event Log page, aggregate events are marked by an asterisk. The Grid Event column is also displayed. For more information, see the Aggregation page.
• Include Waveform & RMS Voltage Profiles: This checkbox is only available for Detailed charts. If selected, details for events with RMS% less than the amount given in the Event Detail Max RMS% Filter will be included in the report.
• Custom Subtitle: Text entered here will print as the subtitle of the report.

In Data Export you will be able to export event data. You will first select among any of your monitors and monitor groups. Note that only data from monitors that are under service contract will be included in reports.
Then you will be able to select options for your export. Here are the available report options:

• Export Period: This will select the date ranges for the exported data. Note that the end date is exclusive, so for example, if you wanted to export all events from May 2018 you would enter 05/01/2018 as the start date and 06/01/2018 as the end date.
• Output Format: There are 3 choices here for format:
  • Text (Tab Delimited) The exported file will be a ZIP file and will contain a file formatted as tab separated values. The extension will be XLS. While the file is not in native Excel format, it can easily be read by Excel.
  • IEEE (PQDIF) The exported file will be a ZIP file and will contain a file formatted in PQDIF format. For more information on this format see this or this.
  • XML The exported file will be in standard XML format.
• Choose Event Types: In this section, there are a number of checkboxes that allow you to select the event types you want included in your export.
• Include Detailed Waveform/RMS Values? Selecting this checkbox will include waveform and RMS data. This selection is only available when exporting in IEEE (PQDIF) or XML formats.

For each i-Sense in your account, there are the following links:

• Serial Number link: Clicking this link will take you to a page with information about the monitor. Included in this is the timestamp of the last heartbeat i-Grid received from the i-Sense.
• general: Clicking this link will take you to a page with some of the same information as the Serial Number link. Some of the fields are editable, including the postal code and the time zone for the monitor.
• communication: Clicking this link will take you to a page with many of the Ethernet settings on the monitor.
• notification: Clicking this link will take you to a page where you can configure notifications. For each person on the notification list, the RMS level and the notification format can be specified, both for immediate notifications and corroboration notifications.
• sharing: Clicking this link will take you to a page where you can configure sharing for your monitors.

In Sharing you will be able to share your monitors and monitor groups with others, at the level of access you desire.

In Monitor Groups you will be able to create, edit, and delete Monitor Groups.

In User Groups you will be able to create, edit, and delete User Groups.

In User Groups you will be presented a list of your monitors, both with and without a service contract. This list can be exported to a spreadsheet.

In Manage My Account you will be able to edit your account information. This includes changing your password, email address, phone, and default time zone.
